Job Description
We are searching for an exceptional attorney who can advise on government contracts-related matters and regulatory issues, including white paper submissions, proposals, government contract drafting and negotiation, export compliance, cost accounting, intellectual property rights, and subcontracting.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate a variety of documents and agreements including, without limitation, white papers, proposals, government contracts, services and consulting agreements, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements.
- Coordinate with product, business, engineering, and security teams in connection with product development, compliance, confidentiality, and data security matters.
- Coordinate with people and facilities teams on people and facilities related matters including, without limitation, clearance of both people and facilities.
- Draft, implement, and oversee internal legal policies, strategies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience working in an AM Law 100 law firm or in-house at a large government contracting organization with a background in government contracting, proposal and white paper development, review and submission, contract performance and dispute resolution in connection government contracting, and regulatory compliance matters, including ITAR and FARS/DFARS.

- Ability to work independently without a lot of guidance.
Education
- Must possess a law degree and be a member of a state bar in good standing
