GM CXS, APACSummary
The GM CXS APAC is responsible for leading the commercial operations of the Customer Experience Solutions division under the vision of being “Your Partner in Entertainment Experiences.” This role will require the candidate to provide strategic direction, management, and coaching of the CXS Sales, Customer Success, PMO, Product and Dev teams. The GM will be responsible for providing people first direction and alignment across sales operations, solution services and technical support while unlocking new revenue and market opportunities globally. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to partner across the global ATI organization to drive key initiatives, create commercial focused direction and maintain alignment to corporate and division strategies.What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction and “People First” leadership to the APAC CXS Sales, Services and Support teams
- Responsible for the APAC revenue and associated PnL for the CX Commercial teams
- Lead the delivery of the APAC 5-year strategic commercial plan, pricing strategies, sales lifecycle and end of life initiatives
- Create, lead and execute strategic sales, operations, services and support initiatives to generate new revenue opportunities for ATI
- Identify and lead continual improvement opportunities through the CX commercial and greater CXS team
- Through partnership with the ATI Corporate Strategy team, responsible for driving mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and commercial arrangements across APAC for the CX team
What We're Looking For
• 12+ years of global/ APAC senior executive leadership experience in the technology industry with a proven track record of delivering commercial results in highly regulated entertainment environments
• Proven leadership around team member development, coaching, succession planning and living a “People First” culture
• Proven extensive experience with creating commercial strategies that drive shareholder returns through new market entry, business transformation and net new revenue opportunities
• Ability to partner, educate and communicate complex strategies, technologies and solutions to customers, senior executives, and technical experts through writing and presentation
• Extensive understanding of omni-channel delivery across social, online, video gaming, virtual betting, sports betting, Class 2, and Class 3 regulated gaming environments a must
• Experience as a service provider, operator, and a vendor across multiple entertainment verticals beneficial
