In partnership with our marketing, communications, HR and talent acquisition teams, you will be responsible for leading branding, EVP and internal comms activities for talent branding across Activision Blizzard and supporting our franchise businesses (Activision Publishing, Blizzard & King).
Your Mission
As Global Talent Brand Manager, you’ll be part of the global Talent Brand CoE and will be responsible for implementing structure and governance around our talent branding architecture and initiatives across our businesses. You’ll work very closely with the franchise embedded talent marketing leads to enable their talent branding strategy by supporting the implementation and roll-out of franchise specific EVP’s and internal engagement/communications strategies. Partnering closely with the internal communications team, you’ll drive and implement an employee advocacy strategy and program to enable our employees to be our voice on social media to bring to life why ABK is a great place to work.
Your role will involve:
- Defining the overarching ABK talent brand architecture, including governance & structure
- Supporting the development and refresh of franchise specific EVP’s for Activision Publishing, Blizzard and King with the embedded business talent marketing leads
- Creation of the overarching EVP framework for ABK from existing franchise EVP’s
- Defining and creating talent propositions and personas for critical hiring needs and partnering closely with the Associate Recruitment Marketing Manager to activate campaigns on social & digital media
- Partnering closely with internal comms & franchise talent marketing teams to help embed EVP’s into the business and to showcase employee stories internally
- In partnership with talent brand CoE & internal comms, create and roll out internal employee advocacy initiative to enable our employees to be the voice for us on social media and to drive internal engagement
- Help create an overarching talent brand dashboard with success measures and KPI’s to track our holistic progress as a function
Player Profile
- 5+ years experience working in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
- Creative thinker with an ability to leverage and interpret data and insights
- Excellent project management and communications skills
- Deep understanding of Employer Value Propositions with demonstrable experience of creating/rolling one out
- Proven track record of proposition/persona development
- Experience working in an in-house employer branding team or an agency
- Previous experience working in a global, highly complex and/or fragmented business would be beneficial
