This Global Strategic Sourcing Manager - Electrical will utilize high levels of critical thinking, communication project management and leadership skills. The successful candidate will support and lead a moderate to large team to strategically procure mechanical and or electrical commodities and select and assist in developing the supply base with technologies and mechanical processes. This position will help develop, implement, and manage the material procurement strategies, process and tools, and system requirements to improve cost, quality, delivery and capacity/productivity. Additionally, the sourcing manager role will support the global sourcing director in managing suppliers by establishing, measuring, and driving supplier performance expectations while working with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to drive program deliverables.What You'll Do
- Support and lead the mechanical and electrical signage components product road map. Support the development and sustainment of a Gaming Ops.
- Responsible for cost models and supplier negotiations, making sure they have a good cost visibility and comparisons among various suppliers, driving continuous price and cost improvements.
- Works with supply chain analyst to develop strategies for optimizing cost and pricing. Build out and maintain cost models. Also maintain cadence in audits and cost history through the supply chain.
- Work with Engineering, Gaming Operations and Quality leadership to influence technologies and suppliers required for signage programs.
- Being the recognized expert for global LED market information: long term supply, demand, capacity, price, market segments, competition, short and long-term market trends, and environmental and/or regulatory implications. Supports readiness reviews for all new product development builds and mass production builds for sourcing programs. Working closely to all the NPI process as part of the team.
- Supports value analysis and value engineering (VAVE) cost and lead-time reductions with strong collaboration with global engineering teams and suppliers. Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery, service and technology.
- Generates and maintains data needed for quarterly supplier business review process aligning to strategic sourcing plans. SBR process will document current market and business analysis, product roadmaps, supplier capabilities and annual / quarterly strategic business objectives.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, major projects and programs with compressed timelines
- 3+ years of experience in product/process development, having taken a product or process from concept to execution.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing of electronic or electromechanical components
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and mfg. process engineering
Preferred:
- MBA, Master’s degree in supply chain management or similar is a plus
- CPSM or APICS certification is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Supplier development and supplier quality experience is a plus

Pay Range
$99,710-$185,177
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
