Global Sourcing Leader- Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition leader, this role will be responsible for leading the centralized Strategic Sourcing Team. This individual will be responsible for building a world class Sourcing function that will ensure 2K has a deep pipeline of top candidates for both current requirements as well as future roles included in the Workforce Plan. The Sourcing Leader will also lead and manage a team of sourcing experts and external sourcing vendors. This individual will work closely with management at all levels to ensure that headcount plans and business objectives will be resourced with top talent in a timely manner. Lead the selection process and management of sourcing vendors.

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

• Strategic and tactical sourcing support for for 2K Publishing 2K Studios
• Ensure that Sourcers are aligned to most critical hiring needs
• Closely track Sourcer capacity to ensure fluid support and workload balancing within team
• Build targeted candidate sourcing research lists
• Create skills inventory listing for each business unit
• Sourcing training and program development for overall Talent Acquisition team
• Visibility Campaigns – Social media channels
• Facilitate or attend sourcing “meet ups”, hackathons, industry organizations, etc..
• Field Development - Developing candidate pipeline database by loading targeted resumes and candidates in ATS
• Sourcing metrics and reporting

Key Skills

• Minimum of 10 years staffing/recruitment experience
• High technology experience preferred
• Strong sourcing expertise with deep understanding of latest tools and strategies
