The Global Digital Marketing Group at Gameloft have an exciting opportunity for a Global Social Media Manager to integrate our teams of digital marketeers! The GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING GROUP operates as Gameloft’s hub for digital expertise, providing the best quality support, from strategy to execution, to help all our internal stakeholders maximize & improve the impact of their online marketing plans.
Based in our Paris office, you will report directly to our Global Digital Marketing Lead & integrate a group of passionate teams all dedicated to supporting Gameloft’s digital marketing efforts.
As the Global Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating & nurturing healthy communities across all our game titles & the Gameloft brand. With that in mind, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Global Digital Marketing strategy is applied & that our social media marketing efforts are getting the results we aim at. The second crucial aspect of your role will be to coordinate all our Social Media counterparts across the company, to ensure unity & coherence across all Game Community Managers. In your role, you will be managing one direct report : Global Community Manager.

As the Global Social Media Marketing Manager, you will also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams across the world to ensure that we are all operating in the right direction. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.
JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy:
- Designing and implementing the Global Social Media Strategy to align with business goals for each of our internal stakeholders : games brands & Gameloft brand
- Proactively taking part in the elaboration of the marketing plans for key games.
- Set & track accurate KPIs to show progression, evaluate ROI & establish proper internal benchmarks
- Proactively identify & propose innovating solutions & projects which will set Gameloft apart from our direct & indirect competition
- Identify opportunities for Gameloft to craft unique experiences for our players in-game & out-game
Management:
- Manage our Global Community Manager
- Manage our social tech-stack to ensure the best service from our partners & provide the best level of support to all our internal stakeholders
- Manage key Global Social Media projects which involves internal & external stakeholders, build strong relationships with all external stakeholders
Coordination:
- Coordinate & animate our team of Game Community Managers : encouraging knowledge sharing, common workgroups, identifying areas of improvements & mentoring
- Sharing best practices & results across the group & to key management teams
- Collaborating with the other Digital Marketing Group Managers to craft & deliver the best digital experiences for all our players & audiences
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to improve workflows, deliver new & adapted processes
- Centralize all Social Media Accounts administration for the company
Qualifications
PROFILE & SKILLS:
- Strong digital marketing background with a proven track-record in delivering unique experiences with high ROI.
- A passion for gaming & gaming experiences of all kinds.
- Benchmark & ideas driven.
- Relationship driven: Build credible & trusting relationships in a fast-paced environment with a broad range of colleagues & collaborators across the company & the world.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects in parallel, with unique deliverables & timelines.
- Focused on objectives & KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge & application of social media & digital marketing tool-stack.
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & international environment.
- Positive energy, team spirit & a zest of fun are a must.
