WHAT WE NEED:
Our 2K Brand at large is looking for a Global Social Games Intern to help implement social content and analysis for the Global 2K Brand channels.
As a member of our 2K Brand Social Media team, you will develop, plan, and publish social content for channel specific strategies for major platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok, and facilitate channel response engagement. You will also be responsible for deep social analytic assessment to measure both content and channel performance on a weekly basis.
This role will have high levels of collaboration and exposure across multiple stakeholders between our Brand, PR, Influencer, Community, and Studio departments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Help implement social content of the global social media strategy for the 2K Brand channels, including conceptualization, planning, production, and publishing
- Monitor and analyze content performance and social sentiment, using data tools and insights to inform decisions
- Proactively recommend improvements to the strategic plans, bring up potential issues, and offer solutions to assist with problems
- Aid in implementing day-to-day channel engagement and across 2K Brand Social channels, and other 2K Core Games as needed
- Help develop social creative briefs and help coordinate their way through the asset production and approval processes.
- Coordinate an ongoing content calendar for owned social channels
- Contribute to regular social-related metric reports on an agreed cadence
- Keep a constant finger on the pulse of social media trends in our industry, entertainment, consumer products, and sports that can inspire and drive our initiatives
WHO WE THINK WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

We are looking for someone who is a social media enthusiast at heart, very passionate about social content marketing and engagement, and is truly eager to learn this craft. Wants to learn more about creative campaigns and how to tell engaging stories though social content. They should be independent, proactive, and always ideating ways to improve what we do to drive engagement and retention. This person should be very thorough, detailed oriented, and organized while maintaining efficiency.
Finally, and most important, be a student of social media best practices and passionate about brands of all kinds, wanting to craft incredible engagement for their audience.
