Drive our global strategy for Real Estate and Workplace Services as we evolve and adapt into ‘new world working’ post covid taking into consideration geolocation strategies, security and compliance considerations. If your ambitions are high, we’ll empower you to rethink our workplace experiences altogether - aligning with our company mission of building better and virtual worlds.
Your Mission:
As Global Real Estate and Workplace Lead, you are responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of activity across our global Real Estate, Facilities, Offices and remote workplace services. You will directly manage a workplace team supporting the Bishops Square office and actively create a community of global workplace staff that will ensure consistency of services, processes and experience. You will act as a global lead/consultant on our real estate and workplace strategy in partnership with our global operations leadership and stakeholders across the business.
Areas for Impact
- Leading the strategy for global real estate footprint and landlord relationships.
- Creating the framework and Target Operating Model to deliver Facilities Management services at a local level, advising and recommending arrangements for governance, FM supply arrangements and commercial contracts, performance reporting and investment decisions.
- Act as our Global Health and Safety Officer - a vitally important role as we continue to respond to the pandemic with employee wellbeing as our number one priority.
- Manage a team of individuals to run the day to day operations of our flagship London office in Bishops Square.
- Innovate and rethink our strategy for flexible remote/office hybrid working cultures and align our workplace experiences with our values and mission.
We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:
- Have previously managed a diverse and global portfolio of real estate properties
- Are qualified in Health and Safety compliance such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent
- Enjoy drafting, negotiating and closing business contracts and property leases.
- Have extensive experience managing capex projects
- Are able to balance division needs vs compliance requirements
- Have an appetite to make a difference.
While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply.
