As part of the Global Marketing & Monetization Team, working in close collaboration with the Studio Managers, Game Managers and Product Marketing Managers in our studios, as well as an extended network of experts, you will be responsible for the development and directing of the entire Product Marketing organization at Gameloft.
Your role is to synthesize market, consumer, product, and competitive inputs into driving the highest possible downloads and revenue for our games (both live games and new launches).
In order to achieve this, you will manage a team of several Marketing Strategists who will assist the studios to deliver best in class marketing strategies and activations to optimize our games performances.
This role is located in our Paris headquarters but you will also work and coordinate with team members located in various territories worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Set yearly organic KPIs targets for our live games (reach, pageviews, conversion rate and installs) and optimize Product Marketing processes to reach them
- Lead a team of Marketing Strategists in HQ to coordinate marketing efforts across the Product Marketing team
- Manage functionally 8 to 10 Studio Marketing Directors, supporting with recruitment and training of new hires
- Manage and optimize marketing planning and reporting instruments/frameworks for Top Management to streamline launch and yearly marketing plans
- Foster the development of marketing programs focusing on innovative activations, viral content and meaningful partnerships in our games, and orchestrate their implementation with your team
- Collaborate with other experts team (UA, Influence, Social, PR, Product, Monetization, Game & Studio Managers…) to optimize the synergies between Product Marketing and other departments both at HQ and studio level
- Develop best practice sharing mechanisms among the Gameloft Product Marketing community
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Marketing, ideally in gaming (online entertainment or social products is fine too)
- 3+ years in management, experience leading/building a Product Marketing team is a strong plus
- Experience in managing new game launches on mobile and/or PC/Console
- Knowledge and passion for video games from hardcore gamers titles to casual social games, and entertainment as a whole;
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous mind;
- Creative spirit capable of creating innovative marketing programs that are result oriented;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Advanced English level is a must.
