Global People Analytics Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Global People Analytics Manager in the United States (remote) or Brazil (São Paulo) to join Wildlife's Total Rewards team.
As the Global People Analytics Manager, you'll play the lead role in designing our global people analytics strategy. You’ll work directly with senior business leaders to develop our employee insights capabilities across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do
- Lead a team that moves managers beyond anecdotal feedback and intuition to make data-driven decisions around recruiting, retaining, and managing employees.
- Define and track the success of our People programs across the employee lifecycle through insights that affect Wildlife's ability to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Build real-time feedback mechanisms for managers about the cultural health of their teams and the overall organization.
- Design descriptive and predictive models to assess potential retention and performance concerns and forecast skills, capabilities, and workforce planning needs.
- Develop a robust, secure, and agile data environment capable of producing models that combine previously unconnected data sources and formats like pay, attrition, and performance review text with external economic data and market benchmarks.
- Create engaging employee education, tools, and outreach opportunities.
- Consult with senior leadership on critical employee initiatives.
- Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to excellent employee experiences.
What you'll need
- University degree in related courses or equivalent experience.
- Deep subject matter expertise in analytics, with relevant technical knowledge.
- Experience integrating unstructured data sets to make customer-facing products.
- Experience turning complex data into simple, compelling insights for senior leaders.
- Experience evaluating and selecting analytics vendors and tools.
