Global Payroll Officer

Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

As a Global Payroll officer, your role is to ensure the run in existing countries and implementation in new countries of our global payroll supporting our HR Operations.

You work in a structured way, are not afraid to do it in a fast-changing environment, and you trust that having fun at work is the best way to be efficient. You think big, take ownership of your actions and always look for new ways to reinvent HR/Payroll.

• Ensure the processing of the monthly payroll for our French and International entities (in cooperation with local providers), including benefits and taxes to our employees
• Drive the implementation of payroll in countries where we create a new studio
• Own the excellent delivery of operational payroll lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to off-boarding, including preparation of appropriate paperwork or implementation of processes
• Be the point of contact for all employees' requests
• Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People, and ensure our function is high-performing

Profile

• 7+ years experience as a global payroll officer
• Full proficiency in French and English
• Experience handling payrolls in France and abroad
• Team player with a passion for People and love to see them thrive in the workplace
• Problem-solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them
• Great communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
