The Global Integrated Solution Architect (GISA) is responsible for architecting fully integrated cross Service Line solutions for KWS Strategic Partner Clients. The GISA will work closely with the nominated KWS Client Business Partner to understand the Strategic Partner Clients’ requirements & how best to translate those needs into tangible value-based solution utilising all the appropriate service line offerings within KWS to deliver best Strategic Partner Client outcomes
The GISA role is a critical link and interface between our Strategic Partner Clients and across our KWS Service Lines. The GISA creates value that our Strategic Partner Clients recognise and identifies and facilitates growth for Keywords Studios.
The GISA will work on opportunities generated by the Global Sales + Business Development teams as well as self-initiated opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
During Business Development & Sales phase:
This role will be Accountable for:
- Solution designed is supported by a set of KPIs, which are either internally defined or mutually agreed with the Strategic Partner Client that align to expected Strategic Partner Client and KWS outcomes.
- Create high quality, solution oriented Strategic Partner Client proposals + presentations.
This role will be Responsible for:
- Actively engage with KWS Strategic Partner Clients in collaboration with KWS Global Sales + Business Development
- Understand Strategic Partner Client business imperatives and objectives to define expected business outcomes
- Define Strategic Partner Client buying personas and create value maps.
- Design solutions which fulfil complex value maps leveraging the full breadth of the KWS value proposition.
- Build robust but flexible commercial business and pricing models and consult with wider KWS stakeholders to ensure P&L guideposts are maintained.
This role will Support:
- Cross-selling initiatives with existing Strategic Partner Clients, working alongside the Strategic Client Business Partner, and other GISA’s, Service Line Solution Architects and Global Sales & Business Development.
During Development, Production & Operational Delivery phase:
This role will be Responsible for:
- Collaborate across Service Lines to build a scalable target operating model with robust resource allocation + capacity to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Work across Services Lines and the wider KWS organisation to create a credible onboarding and transition program that balances pragmatism whilst sensitive to the Strategic Partner Clients’ expectations.
- Proactive analysis of Strategic Partner Client business performance working alongside Global Integrated Solution Producers to co-develop improvement strategies and create solutions offerings based on leading market insight
This role will Support:
- Cross-selling initiatives with existing Strategic Partner Clients, working alongside the Strategic Client Business Partner, and other GISA’s, Service Line Solution Architects and Global Sales & Business Development.
- Collaborate with other GISA’s and Service Line Architects to share information & develop best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the creation, coordination and delivery of multi-service lines Solutions to customers
- Good understanding of KWS different services, ideally with proven experience in 2+ service lines
- Strong understanding of the components of successful client relationships
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer direction
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellence in listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
