The Global Head of Product Management is an important position that reports directly to the VP of FIFA Mobile. As a Global Head of Product Management, you will guide the decisions to lead the game to reach its financial, player, and strategic goals. You will establish frameworks and data-driven processes to achieve these goals.
You will work with other PMs, analysts, designers, and developers to be the voice of the player and create features that engage and expand our player base. You will balance data, design, and user experience, driving our PM targets for FIFA Mobile. You will also analyze data to achieve insights to help shape the roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- You will be leading a team of Product Managers that support the FIFA Mobile business around the world.
- You will be responsible for the full game lifecycle: writing specifications, working across diverse teams (design, UX, art, engineering) to launch features and content, and analyzing the impact of those releases
- You will partner with other product managers and analysts to analyze the impact of features within the game and provide recommendations to affect future iterations
- You will establish KPI goals for the game team to establish success criteria for live operations and feature development
- You will exhibit, the ability to form product strategy, and present clear measurable goals to lead to achieving our business goals.
- You will provide valuable input into business cases based on a hypothesis-driven approach while conducting in-depth data analysis that shows probable impacts against important product metrics.
- You will provide insights to prioritize the roadmap and measure risk/reward payouts against the cost
- You will implement a data-driven culture of hypothesis, implementation, testing, validation, and iteration
- You will identify and analyze best practices for optimization, merchandising, and feature implementation
- You will establish an A/B testing roadmap and manage data readouts and incremental changes
- You will guide the user and competitive research to identify user segments, and highlight player needs and product value propositions to maximize player engagement, retention, and LTV.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics; mobile game experience
- Experience with mobile game development and free-to-play business model
- Experience developing or improving features for a live service product
- Analytical and quantitative forecasting/modeling skills with a focus on data-informed.
- Create wire-frames and product specifications
- Project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff
- Experience with multivariate testing for in-product and out-product events
- Have the passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other partners, and the motivation to implement those ideas.
- Must love creating fun, compelling and engaging user experiences
- Experience with dissecting and analyzing games, systems, features, and core game loops
- Operate in an entrepreneurial environment, to excel at an extremely fast pace, and find creative ways to get things done
- Experience managing and understanding Sports games or character collector games
- BA/BS, quantitative or technical degree (math, economics, engineering, or finance).

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $194,600 - $291,500
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $178,350 - $291,500
- Jersey City, NJ : $178,350 - $291,500
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): $178,350 - $248,600
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $178,350 - $279,650
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
