What We Need:
We are looking for a person to play a key role to develop the Marketing Business Input with the relevant insights and information to guide the strategy development, to be a key partner with Global Marketing to develop a Global Marketing Strategy that delivers to the business, commercial and marketing targets. You will become the expert on the nuances of all key market audiences, insights and needs to input into the Global Marketing Strategy and Creative and to support development of the best go to market plans
What You Will Do:
- Lead to work with the territories to build best in class go to market launch and lifecycle plans that support the defined goals (brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement and retention) with measurable goals and outcomes
- Globally project manage the marketing communication and process between Global Marketing Strategy and territory teams (including global and market presentations)
- Lead a team of Go to Market Managers based in EMEA and US who will input into the Marketing Strategy, as well as interface directly with the territory teams in time zone
- Identify customer profile segments and develop targeting strategy based on consumer preferences, purchase data and consumer research to drive desired customer behavior with our marketing campaigns
- Working with cross functional subject matter experts develop recommendations for greater efficiency or effectiveness across all the territories looking at media strategy, social, digital, merchandising, events and other key marketing areas,
- Create, analyze, and inform teams of all key customer KPIs and qualitative feedback and present action plans to impact those drivers to meet business objectives/targets
- Partner with Commercial team to develop ongoing launch and Lifecyle marketing plans to meet targets
- Sharing best practices between the territories for in campaign optimization and post campaign fine tuning
- Ensure all marketing materials developed in market have consistent and clear message of brand position and global consistency in execution of marketing initiatives – across all consumer touch points
- Lead and work with all territories to develop and manage annual business plans and budgets to implement strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams in robust annual or seasonal commercial planning process to meet / exceed our KPI and business goals
- Partner with commercial planning – in partnership with cross functional teams – to identify current business challenges/opportunities and optimize go to market plans as needed
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:
- 7+ years of marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in other areas of marketing – PR/Performance Marketing/Brand/Social/Content Creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- A balance of data-driven, analytical skills with demonstrated creative campaign wins. Ability to drive incremental volume from creative development and testing
- A good leader with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experienced working with and influencing teams across different disciplines and levels
- Self-starter who can self-prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision
