What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the entire domestic and international franchise sales and marketing outreach for the company.
1) Source franchise leads and close them: you’ll need to be smart and figure out who are the best people to franchise from us, where we can find them both domestically and internationally, and you need to be empathetic and aggressive in closing our future franchisees. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of our market entry into new countries and new markets.
2) Develop our franchise marketing plan: you’ll be responsible for the development of our franchise marketing plan and executing upon it. We know this may not always be a part of the sales role, but we’re a true startup and we’re all wearing many more hats than is typical at a larger company. We are looking for someone with experience in franchise marketing to help increase our lead flow and optimize our marketing channels. You’ll be primarily responsible for the strategy behind maximizing digital advertising and our franchise website to generate leads.
3) Create a detailed strategic franchise pipeline: you’ll also be responsible for creating a pipeline for our franchise growth and territory management. You’ll be bringing prospects through our end to end sales process, which you will help define and optimize.
4) Act as an brand ambassador: You’ll be required to attend franchising and other events to promote Sandbox VR. We want someone who can confidently articulate our unique technology and convey it to prospects who may not presently be familiar with virtual reality.
5) Develop and manage our CRM system : You’ll be tasked with improving our existing CRM system and evolving it to manage the lifecycle of relationships. You’ll provide management with reports and an analysis of the sales pipeline including lead conversion metrics, sales ratios, cost of leads and based on the analysis propose efficiences.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Director of Franchise Sales & Marketing. The ideal person is an early adopter of new technologies and is able to easily explain technologies to those less knowledgeable.
- We’d love to have someone who has franchise lead development experience as well as start up experience. We are building the future of entertainment and we are looking for a team member that understand the hustle involved in doing something new.
- We are a global distributed organization. We are looking for a self starter who can work outside a traditional office environment. Your weeks will be filled with on-site meetings at one of our locations, team meetings at off site locations, and home based work.
- We are looking for someone who is process oriented and understands how to build communication systems across the lifecycle of the sales process with Franchisees.
How can you really impress us?
- If you’ve got a demonstrated track record in the franchise world closing deals with the rolodex to prove it. You’ve been around long enough to have tested many different approaches to franchise sales and have the war stories to share about your time in the trenches.
- You’ve had your failures because you weren’t afraid to try. You learned from every effort, good or bad, and are eager to apply all those lessons to an opportunity where you are going to leave a big mark.
- If you’ve worked with large and small franchises and you can articulate how to get from here to there. We are looking for someone with the experience to help shape the future of our franchising sales and marketing system.
