What will you be doing?

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the entire domestic and international franchise sales and marketing outreach for the company.

1) Source franchise leads and close them: you’ll need to be smart and figure out who are the best people to franchise from us, where we can find them both domestically and internationally, and you need to be empathetic and aggressive in closing our future franchisees. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of our market entry into new countries and new markets.
2) Develop our franchise marketing plan: you’ll be responsible for the development of our franchise marketing plan and executing upon it. We know this may not always be a part of the sales role, but we’re a true startup and we’re all wearing many more hats than is typical at a larger company. We are looking for someone with experience in franchise marketing to help increase our lead flow and optimize our marketing channels. You’ll be primarily responsible for the strategy behind maximizing digital advertising and our franchise website to generate leads.
3) Create a detailed strategic franchise pipeline: you’ll also be responsible for creating a pipeline for our franchise growth and territory management. You’ll be bringing prospects through our end to end sales process, which you will help define and optimize.
4) Act as an brand ambassador: You’ll be required to attend franchising and other events to promote Sandbox VR. We want someone who can confidently articulate our unique technology and convey it to prospects who may not presently be familiar with virtual reality.
5) Develop and manage our CRM system : You’ll be tasked with improving our existing CRM system and evolving it to manage the lifecycle of relationships. You’ll provide management with reports and an analysis of the sales pipeline including lead conversion metrics, sales ratios, cost of leads and based on the analysis propose efficiences.
