OVERVIEW

PTW is currently looking for a passionate Corporate Affairs Manager to join our crew. PTW has been a stalwart of external development in the games industry for nearly three decades and is ready to add to our team.

As the PTW family of brands grows, the need for a skilled corporate affairs manager has become clear. We need someone capable of coordinating and executing a strategy for internal and external comms on a global scale. This person will also manage all digital media for the CEO and must be able to speak on their behalf internally and externally. This person would also be responsible for our social responsibility efforts, and eventually take on investor relations.

Although this person will report into the Director of Marketing, PR, and Comms, they will work very closely with the CEO and need to be available to be in office with them Tuesday-Thursday 10am-4pm. They would be working remotely the rest of the time.

The ideal candidate for this role is excited about our brands and ready to craft a strategy to continue the PTW brand on its growth trajectory through consistent and clear internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and executing a strategy for all internal and external communications.

• You will work with Regional Presidents and site heads to execute frequent and clear communication globally.

• You will utilize in-house developed tools to communicate with the global teams on behalf of the CEO.

• You will manage our CEO’s digital footprint entirely- including all written comms, social media posts, and thought leadership.

• You will have autonomy to craft your strategy and execute it with the guidance of the Head of PTW Marketing, PR, and Comms.

Requirements

• 5+ year experience in corporate communications
• Strong outside the box creative thinking skills

• Able to operate with a high level of autonomy

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to work directly with the C Suite

• Content writing background as you will need to consistently write your own content.

• Ability to visualize, strategize, and execute on a strategy for global corporate communications.

• Excellent communication throughout all teams

• Ability to prioritize tasks and succeed under pressure of time, of changing and challenging situations

• Experience juggling multiple projects at one time

• Familiarity with the gaming industry and overall enthusiasm for gaming
