What you'll do

The Global Director, Analytics Strategy & Operations is responsible executing on the analytics strategy and for managing and coordinating the operations of the Global Gaming Analytics and Insights team operations. The Global Director will help develop and lead the coordination, execution and implementation of analytics projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished. This includes leading and managing the prioritization of tasks and initiatives to ensure that resources are used effectively, establish KPI metrics and drive the communication between the team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on progress. This role will also be responsible for evaluating and overseeing analytic vendors, tools and consultant resources as needed.

Job Requirements

• Develop and implement global analytic strategies and plans to embed data insights into the global gaming organization
• Lead, manage, prioritize and coordinate data and analytic projects, including coordinating across cross functional and global teams
• Establish and maintain key metrics related to projects and analytic programs
• Providing guidance on strategic data and analytic issues and initiatives
• Develop plans to prioritize projects, project milestones and monitor progress on projects
• Key point of contact for facilitating communication between global departments and cross functional teams
• Lead team that bridges key business leaders and technical analytic resources to identify and solve business problems using business acumen, data and analytics
• Provides the strategic leadership, collaborative coordination, and creative problem solving to mentor and manage a successful team
• Have a deep understanding of Analytics initiatives to drive clarity from ambiguity and the capability to drive consensus across leaders and concerted progress across multiple teams
• Ensure project results are clearly articulated within scope and delivered business benefits are of the highest caliber

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP Certification
• 8+ years of experience
• 3+ years managing analytic resources
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to small and large groups including Global Executives and deal with unexpected questions and challenges while presenting
• Excellent and proven project management skills
• Excellent business analysis skills, including the ability to identify and analyze business problems and work to a solution
• Strong understanding the fundamental concepts of analytics technical environments
• Proven ability to inspire teamwork, earn trust, facilitate collaboration and remove barriers to ensure project delivery.
