In this role, you will help provide coordination and project management support to advance
Epic’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, specifically for our EMEA and APAC offices. You
will partner closely with Epic’s DEI team, People team, leaders, and the business to build
employee belonging, strengthen corporate brand reputation through the internal and external
promotion of diversity and culture initiatives that support Epic’s overall mission.


Overview - What you’ll do
● Support internal and external diversity-related programming, including employee
resource group, external partnerships and recruiting events, and programming
● Provide administrative support to the DE&I team to include meetings, programming, and
maintenance of online resources
● Conduct research and benchmarking on specific topics related to DE&I, specifically for
EMEA/APAC regions and administrative organizational structures, and trends
● Generate ideas and content to communicate and promote D&I initiatives both internally
and externally, including the regular updating of the DE&I internal websites
● Assist with recruitment efforts
● Attend diversity-related events and/or programming
● Keep abreast of developments as they relate to DE&I efforts in the tech and gaming
industry for global support prioritizing the EMEA / APAC regions
● Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall strategic initiatives and goals of the DE&I team


Qualifications
● Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality written documents and deliverables
with few or no errors
● Desire to take initiative to fix problems and improve processes
● Able to balance the demands of multiple projects at different stages of development
while maintaining quality and consistency across all work with periodic job and task
ambiguity
● Able to adapt to unexpected tasks
● Ability to build relationships quickly in order to reach the desired outcome
