About the Role
Wildlife Studios is searching for a Global Candidate Experience Specialist to join our people team. We are looking for someone that will help us create an outstanding infrastructure to improve the experience of all candidates worldwide within our process. We'll need you to have both strategic and hands-on experience, as well as a mix of entrepreneurial and large, high-growth company experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a very fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

What you’ll do
You'll be responsible for all aspects of the candidate journey, such as:
- Lead our team of stellar Recruiting Coordinators;
- Be our recruiting system expert, to ensure that it is being used properly, in the way that will nurture us with consistent data;
- Oversee and help develop our Employment Branding efforts;
- Design the ideal Candidate Experience Journey, globally, and implement it;
- Develop new Hire Paperwork and Onboarding;
- Act as a key partner to the Recruiters, to identify and execute on strategic initiatives that will improve the candidate's experience;
- Identify candidate experience's operational weaknesses to define, build, improve and launch scalable solutions to keep them as effective and efficient as possible;
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience;
- At least 5 years of experience in HR;
- At least 3 years working with Candidate Experience or Recruitment;
- Strategic mindset - you're able to think one week, one month, or one year ahead of where the global recruiting team is now;
- Detail orientation - your calendar can be packed, but it's structured, manageable and you don't miss a beat
