Votre opportunité :

• Afin d’accompagner le lancement de notre nouveau jeu phare Hitman Sniper: The Shadows, nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Gestionnaire Marketing de Marque Senior expérimenté·e et motivé·e par la perspective de contribuer activement à son succès.

Responsabilités :

• Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie marketing (positionnement, cible, messages clés) pour le lancement mondial et premiers mois d’opérations en direct ;
• Assurer le bon déploiement de la stratégie de communication (canaux et plan de diffusion des outils promotionnels) ;
• Être le garant de la marque, assurer sa visibilité et maximiser sa notoriété, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe ;
• Gérer le budget nécessaire au déploiement de la stratégie marketing et communication ;
• Superviser la création et la production de l’ensemble des outils de campagne ;
• Collaborer avec les agences créatives et les départements internes pour garantir la qualité des livrables, dans le respect des échéanciers ;
• Collaborer avec les équipes de marketing de performance sur la stratégie, le développement et l’optimisation des campagnes médias, de la conception à l’implémentation ;
• Réaliser les supports de présentation relatifs à la stratégie de marque, les bilans ou tout autre support de communication pour les parties prenantes ;
• Maintenir un dialogue constant avec l’équipe de développement du jeu afin de relayer fidèlement la vision créative du jeu tout en répondant aux objectifs business ;
• Encadrer et coacher efficacement une équipe de Marketing de Marque dédiée au projet, incluant des Artistes Marketing, un·e Spécialiste Marketing de Marque et un Gestionnaire de Communauté.

Expérience & Qualifications :

• Diplôme universitaire en Marketing, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe ;
• 10+ ans d’expérience en Marketing-Communication, dont au moins une expérience pertinente dans le secteur du Jeu vidéo, un impératif ;
• Expérience en gestion de campagnes 360 ;
• Expérience en lancement de produit au niveau international ;
• Expérience en suivi de cycle produit post-lancement, un fort atout ;
• Expérience marketing avec stratégie dédiée au marché Asie, un fort atout ;
• Expérience en relation avec des agences créatives et médias ;
• Expérience en gestion d’équipe, un atout ;
• Bilinguisme français-anglais.

Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Reports to: Marketing Director

Permanent - Full-time

Your opportunity:

• To support the launch of our new flagship game Hitman Sniper: The Shadows, we are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager who is motivated by the prospect of actively contributing to its success.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the marketing strategy (positioning, target, key messages) for the global launch and first months of live operations;
• Ensure the proper deployment of the communication strategy (channels and distribution plan for promotional tools);
• Be the brand keeper, ensure its visibility and maximize its notoriety, both internally and externally;
• Manage the budget necessary for the deployment of the marketing and communication strategy;
• Supervise the creation and production of all campaign tools;
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal departments to guarantee the quality of deliverables, in the respect of the deadlines;
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing teams on the strategy, development and optimization of media campaigns, from design to implementation;
• Produce presentation materials related to the brand strategy, reports or any other communication support for stakeholders;
• Maintain a constant dialogue with the game development team in order to faithfully relay the creative vision of the game while meeting business objectives;
• Effectively supervise and coach a Brand Marketing team dedicated to the project, including Marketing Artists, a Brand Marketing Specialist and a Community Manager.

Experience & Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing-Communication, including at least one relevant experience in the Video game sector, a requirement;
• Experience in managing 360 campaigns;
• Experience in product launch at international level;
• Experience in post-launch product cycle monitoring, a strong asset;
• Marketing experience with a strategy dedicated to the Asian market, a strong asset;
• Experience in creative and media agencies relationship management;
• Experience in team management, an asset;
• Bilingualism French-English.
