General Manager, Fall Guys

Mediatonic is the game developer behind Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and a new member of the Epic Games family. We take pride in crafting original titles that bring people together. We continue to build on our ambitions and projects, as such we are looking to hire a General Manager to join the Mediatonic team.

What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the planning, organization, and execution of the Fall Guys franchise by translating the high-level strategy into effective operations. This means cascading goals, accountability, and information into the team, and seeking input from the team at every stage of development. You will be responsible for the budget, P&L, and success of investments we make in the game over time.

In this role, you will

• Provide development leadership with clear goals & targets, built in collaboration through the team
• Develop and maintain a clear team organizational structure
• Provide oversight and execution around key game development processes
• Identify points of highest leverage and prioritize resources against them
• Develop clear success criteria and processes for external partners & vendors
• Work with stakeholders to set out long-term budget & forecasts against goals
• Identify areas where we can invest more to accelerate progress towards our goals
• Maintain a sustainable work-life balance of the team while hitting development goals/milestones

What we’re looking for

• Experienced in working with leading/managing large development teams (250+) on complex AAA game development projects (multiple platforms)
• Experience with running & operating live/free-to-play games
• Able to think strategically and operationally; translating high-level goals/strategy into team structure and operations
• Ability to lead a cross-disciplinary game team, with outstanding leadership, communication, motivation, and management skills
• Able to draw simplicity out of complexity and communicate clearly and concisely
