Ubisoft Production HQ is the headquarter of our network of production studios and plays an essential role in the conception of our games. General Expenses Buyer (M/W/NB)
Job description
Missions:
You prepare tender documents for the following categories, based on priorities:
- Non-IT intellectual services: training, insurance, banking, consulting ;
- Overhead: facility management, travel ;
You will launch and follow these calls for tenders while respecting the purchasing process, that is the requirements analysis, the drafting of specifications, sourcing, negotiations, contracting and the monitoring of deployment with the various internal customers.
On certain categories, you will be required to create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) while also monitoring the savings achieved.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a business school, university or equivalent, you have experience (internship are not included) in the field of indirect purchasing;
- You have good purchasing knowledge in the Non-IT Intellectual Services category and have a good knowledge of the legal aspects of contracts;
- You are autonomous throughout the purchasing process;
- With a strong culture of results, you are rigorous, organized and know how to manage multiple projects;
- Your interpersonal skills will allow you to adapt to different people;
- You have a fluent level of French ;
