职能描述：

• 独立设计符合产品风格和气质的交互内容，协调和指导开发团队，使其艺术品质符合EA的审查标准
• 提供有价值和相关的反馈，使交互内容与整体艺术方向保持一致。
• 为合作伙伴的开发者提供交互设计规范与交互视觉指导和灵感启发
• 能为合作团队提供必要的流程培训，技术培训，软件培训等
• 为开发团队提供交互内容开发中遇到的各种情况提供解决方案

职能资质：

• 3年以上UI/UX 开发经验
• 擅长欧美轻时尚风格视觉设计（科幻，运动，竞速，欧美卡通等）
• 除了擅长设计，需要有良好的沟通能力，理解策划需求，与策划，程序无障碍沟通
• 精通Figma, Photoshop等生产软件
• 具备良好的手绘能力
• 沟通能力强，文案能力强，能通过总结归纳指导其它团队成员完成UI设计制作
• 热爱游戏，热爱设计，愿意加入EA
• 基础英文读写能力
• 需提供往期作品集

EA PDG（Partner Development Group）is looking for talented artists to participate in the development and support of multiple AAA projects on mobile.

EA PDG is a department responsible for IP-licensed game development and external team collaboration research and development, using EA’s storied brands and IP to develop new mobile experiences that will reach a global audience. In this team, you will encounter different types of projects, with various unique art styles, coming from the most famous IPs across the world. As a member of the art team, you need to have broad knowledge of the art field, a keen insight into culture, fashion and the latest industry trends both in Asia and the west.

What you will do:

• Develop a matching UX system and UI art direction, coordinate artistic vision with the dev team to meet EA review standards.
• Drive the dev team’s artistic vision in line with the UI art direction for various projects by giving valuable and relevant feedbacks.
• Provide UX and UI guidance to our development partner studios.
• Be able to provide necessary process training, technical training, software training, etc. for the cooperation team.
• Provide solutions for various situations encountered in development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least three years UX/UI development experience.
• Good at visual design of European and American light fashion style (science fiction, sports, racing, European and American cartoons, etc.).
• Good communication skills, understand planning needs, communicate with game planners and programmers without barriers.
• Good Knowledge of Figma and Photoshop.
• Good hand-painting skills.
• Strong communication skills and copywriting skills, able to guide other team members to complete UI design and production through summary.
• Love games, love design, and willing to join EA.
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Need to provide previous works.
