Gameplay QA Analyst

Job Description

As Gameplay QA you will be responsible for testing Gwent: The Witcher Card Game with a focus on the gameplay, card combinations, deckbuilding and card abilities design. Additionally, as the team’s QA, you will be in charge of organising testing efforts in the team and making sure the testing needs (i.e. time buffers) are met.

Daily responsibilities

• Performing general testing activities
• Testing the features from Forge (gameplay team)
• Designing, testing and implementing tools
• Designing and performing test cases in TestRail in cooperation with other team members
• Debugging and providing crucial information related to project maintenance
• Attending scrum meetings
• Supporting programmers and designers

Qualifications

• Willing to work in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of platforms - GOG Galaxy, Steam, Android, iOS
• 2 years of experience as QA
• Ability to communicate in English fluently
• Passion for games, especially CCGs
• Solid experience in video games, preferably card games, deck building, combos creation

Nice to have

• Experience in working in Agile environment
• Experience with Jira database
• Experience with Unity engine
• Previous experience working as Gameplay QA
