We are looking for someone to join the Animation team to build the core systems on which world-class, data-driven gameplay systems are built. Working in cross-functional teams within the project, you will be interacting with people from many other disciplines and follow agile methodologies to drive your work forward.

Our Plan

We know you have fantastical powers and for us it is important you get to show your magic. To do this, we are creating strong autonomous teams with independent decision-making, poke holes in things when required and freedom to try out new things and show why it works.

In this role, you’ll be joining the Animation System team and report to our Lead Animation Programmer. It’s a small team, meaning you will have the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as you want. The team will also create data-driven code systems that satisfy performance requirements whilst matching their respective design briefs. You will also adapt existing technical designs into functional code systems, in collaboration with other Senior and Lead Programmers - as well as working with Animators and Technical Game Designers to create robust, scalable gameplay systems.

It will be important to listen and understand their needs, to share best practices and provide mentorship as needed on how to author gameplay systems – both in code and in data.
