Avalanche Studios Group is now looking for a Gameplay Programmer to join a top-tier development team working in the most immersive hunting game created: theHunter: Call of the Wild, in our Division Expansive Worlds.

The team is moderately sized which will give you great opportunities to influence the end product while at the same time requiring you to push the boundaries of your discipline when needed.

The Position
As a gameplay programmer on this project you will work with our designers to conceive of and implement elements of scripted and emergent world content and activities. You will develop and maintain the systems necessary for designers to create missions, build complex gameplay mechanics and tweak and balance the game. Your work will take you all over the codebase from underlying systems to weapons and equipment, from animations to user interface, from physics to VFX. In order to fully realize a feature or a section of gameplay, it is necessary to work closely with an array of disciplines.
