Game Store Manager (World of Tanks Blitz)

We are looking for a Game Shop Engineer to join the World of Tanks Blitz Monetization team.
In this role, you will create and launch items for PRMP and the in-game store in accordance with the product's monetization plans.

PRMP (Player Relationship Management Platform) is a service for the delivery of personalized offers to players.

What will you do?

• Create items for PRMP and the in-game store, which include:

- product monetization plan operation;

- configuring and checking items, as well as all required attributes in shop admin;

- configuring and checking items in platform consoles (Apple, Google, Microsoft, Steam, Nintendo);

- launching items in production and monitoring the timeliness and success of the launch.

• Creating and configuring dynamic stuff for the monetization team's needs
• Interaction with the Monetization Manager in implementing monetization plans, checking the correctness of created items, and optimizing internal team processes
• Cooperating with the Platform Relations team in terms of communication with partners on pricing, regulations, terms of item delivery, providing feedback, etc.
• Interacting with the Game Grids team in optimizing the interface, improving the methods of customizing items, expanding the tool's capabilities, etc.

What are we looking for?

• Understanding of the basic principles and logic of working with mobile platforms in terms of item creation, pricing, etc.
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills in Russian
• Understanding of the data display logic in the game (client-server)
• Attention, responsibility, readiness for meticulous work, and the ability to multitask
• Ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to work with information (structure, highlight key information, and work with a large amount of incoming data)
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in the project

What will help you stand out?

• Experience playing World of Tanks Blitz. Understanding the specifics and categories of in-game content, as well as the principles of its implemen tation in the form of items
• Gaming experience in mobile or video games
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Skills of working with admin panels to configure items.
• Understanding the product creation cycle (platform-shop, admin-client)
