Mojiworks is a best-places-to-work-award winning games startup. The Role
We're looking for energetic and versatile producers to help manage our projects and keep our teams collaborating well to ship games and updates in a sustainable, high performance, way. You'll be a key part of our creative process of making games for millions of Snapchatters, where we prefer small, agile, teams where every person has a voice.

Responsibilities
- Manage the game team schedule and stories to ensure deadlines are met and our games continuously improve
- Support our game teams, moving projects forward in an organized, informed and positive way
- Help the development team manage builds and releases
- Proactively looking for ways for our processes and plans to be improved
- Communicating project changes, progress and activity to ensure planning and scheduling are adapted appropriately
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly iterative and collaborative environment with an emphasis on lean teams and individual responsibility
- Project management experience with good understanding of planning, scheduling and tracking
- Experience with Agile and other software development methodologies
- Ability to support and collaborate with teams to optimize and unite the way they work
- Very strong problem-solving skills. You can identify, communicate and find solutions to risks
- Excellent communication skills
