Game Producer

As a Game Producer in the Games Team, you will be working with Game Studios from all over the world, as an advocate and a facilitator, supporting the development of new games in FRVR technology and actively engaging with the studios to continuously deliver games with quality and on time. You will own and run game launches and releases of multiple games every year!
FRVR is a game company focused on games beyond the app stores. We build and publish games on many platforms (including awesome Channel partners like Facebook and Samsung), all built on our own technology stack - and have millions of players enjoying our games every day!
Challenges:
- You will facilitate all communications and interactions with our Game Studios and be responsible in driving them to deliver their vision on the product and set concrete roadmaps deliveries for each quarter.
- You will be a captain and lead your way through our FRVR internal teams and Game Studios, in order to get all the relevant information you need. Collaboration is key to deliver project goals in line with our Channel Partners and FRVR high standards.
- You may be dedicated and focus either on just one game, one Game Studio with several games or even work as a Producer on a vast majority of games across several Studios.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all Roadmap features from kick-off to release, and ensure everyone (internal and external teams) are in sync and up to date.
- You will identify opportunities for improvement and plan accordingly, engage key players and resolve conflicts.
- You should be able to mitigate day-to-day issues (like bug fixing, ad hoc requests, roadmap priorities changes) that require a high level of communication, both within Studios, internal FRVR teams and Leadership.
- You will work closely with our ‘Product Category Managers’ (each one responsible for the Profit and Loss of a specific game category) who will provide data driven recommendations on the next steps to follow within each game category, in order for you, to support Games Studios to deliver the right quality experience to our end users.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years experience as a project manager in a fast paced environment (Digital and Tech Industries).
- Proven track record of building new processes and structured approaches and achieved results.
- Proven track record in handling both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a distributed development model, with remote teams, across many time zones and cultures.
- Analytical mind, not afraid of data.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
It's not a must, but it would be great if you also had the following experiences:
- Game producer in a Top Game Publisher or Studio.
- Previous experience in game development (as programmer, game designer, QA, other).
- Mobile Games experience.

- We have a flexible working setup - currently full remote but intend to have a full office in central Lisbon.
