Amazon Games is looking for a talented and dedicated Producer that will maintain and uphold the vision for the game with all internal and external partners.

In this position, you will be part of the New World team in Sunny Irvine, CA. In New World, players will fight for survival as they explore and conquer the mysterious island of Aeternum. As a Producer on our team, you will work with other Producers and Product Owners to help drive and facilitate game features and content. You will foster cooperation and teamwork, be involved in the production for our games, and help open new creative possibilities for our game development teams.

In this role you will:

Create and maintain feature and content schedules.
Work with production partners and product owners to plan and prioritize day to day work.
Help clear interdepartmental dependencies to keep pipelines moving.
Fulfill the role of Scrum Master.
Work with QA partners on bug priorities and test plans.
Own implementing team wide improvements.

Basic Qualifications

· 1+ years experience with modern game engines and asset integration pipelines.
· 1+ years experience in game production
· Shipped 1+ AAA game as an environment, character, or technical artist or as a producer.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in or with Quality Assurance.
· Experience working in Project Management and Bug Tracking software.
· Knowledgeable of game industry trends and enjoys playing games
