Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an exceptional game producer to join us on an unannounced AAA mobile project! In this rare opportunity, your decision-making will help guide the project in a unique co-development environment. Self-direction, follow-up skills, and collaboration with a cross-functional team are important, as is the ability to anticipate production issues and find solutions.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in external game production, a proficiency in mobile game development/live operations, and extensive knowledge of AAA mobile games. Being highly organized with exceptional communication abilities, a proven aptitude for project management, and a genuine passion for making great games is essential.

COVID-19 Hiring Update: We have transitioned to a work-from-home model and we are continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position. Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal and external teams across all disciplines to coordinate the day-to-day game development process.
• Guide features from concept to implementation and post-release (live operations).
• Craft, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and schedules.
• Facilitate communications, organization, and accountability across all departments and stakeholders, to align on project status, risks, and opportunities, and ensure high-level project goals are met.
• Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipelines, priorities, and available people.
• Assist with the creation, estimation, and tracking of major features, tasks, bugs, and everything in between.
• Identify, communicate, and help resolve all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent an on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Laud achievements, shield from troubles, and lead responsibly.
• Actively promote a collaborative team culture based on trust to align the team toward our goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a game production role.
• Shipped multiple games (mobile preferred) at a high level of quality.
• Fluent in both internal and external game development processes, from concept through live operations.
• Practical, specific knowledge of how to run live ops on a mobile title.
• Solid ability to build, track, and maintain complex schedules.
• Able to effectively communicate with team leads on art, design, engineering, audio, and QA to align on priorities.
• Experience with Jira or comparable project management tools.
• Exceptional verbal, written, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills for working with internal and external teams.
