The World of Warcraft team is looking for a Producer to join our experimental platform group and help craft the future of Warcraft! Producers help create, prioritize, and execute our development plans for new game features and changes to the tools we use to make World of Warcraft.
In this role, you will be collaborating with folks across the team, from associates to directors, and with every discipline on World of Warcraft. We need someone who can be a strong partner to everyone and deliver improvements to systems and processes that will support World of Warcraft development for years to come. What you will do:
- Coordinate project plans and the day-to-day work for our experimental team
- Schedule project milestones and deliverables, and communicate as the team makes progress
- Clarify project requirements and drive agreement between teams or individuals with conflicting priorities
- Spot and mitigate risks to our plans and milestones, and help the team clear blocking issues
- Identify development challenges and their solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the World of Warcraft development team
- Inform decisions, together with team leadership, about process, commitments, and development priorities
- Support, motivate, and celebrate our team, our work, and our successes
- Facilitate group activities from regular team meetings to ad-hoc brainstorming sessions
To succeed, you must have:

- Experience in a co-development/remote setting
- Experience in an agile-driven multi-discipline team

- Well-ordered approaches to defining project requirements, work, and timelines
- Comfort working in ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills
- The courage to admit when you do not know something, and the confidence to ask “why?”

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
