What is this job all about?
We’re currently looking for a Game Producer with a technical background in game development to join the team, either in our Warsaw studio or the Bucharest one.
As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our games. You will work closely with our talented team of designers, artists, and developers to ensure that our games are of the highest quality, meet all deadlines, and are delivered within budget.
What will you be doing?
Working with the Lead Producer in managing priorities, assignments and schedules, mainly
focused on the development production pipeline.
Supporting the Technical Director and the Lead Programmer coordinating the different streams of
development that are set.
Coordinating the flow of information between different development teams as well as with
other departments regarding deadlines, assignments and priorities as per the planning
and process.
Maintaining the internal tracking systems up-to-date with meeting/discussion notes, tasks,
assignees, priorities, due dates and statuses.
Effectively communicate priorities, issues and pertinent information to the leads and
other parties involved.
Tracking the team tasks status and reviews, dependencies, and ensure that subsequent teams
receive feedback.
- Being responsible for receiving and tracking requests from multiple teams.
Troubleshooting, proactively identifying, and quickly executing on production issues and/or
inefficiencies.
- Reviewing/ testing features as implemented and providing feedback to team members.
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge about mobile game development pipeline, both client and server.
- Previous experience as Game Producer for a free to play mobile game.
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Excellent command of English.
It would be great if you:
● Have knowledge of Unity3D or other Game Engines.
● Are familiar with Confluence, Jira, Miro.
● Are Scrum Master or familiar with Agile methodology.
