Game Producer - POGO -Remote Work

Pogo has been the leader in online casual games since 1998. We are the best online casual games destination where players can enjoy titles across multiple genres including Solitaire, Mahjong, Match 3, and others. Our experienced global team provides high-quality HTML5 games across the top casual genres, which support engaging metagames and social interactions.
You'll work with a tight-knit team of enthusiastic industry professionals. You will use your passion and knowledge to create fresh takes on classic games, creating original mechanics for previous remasters, and creating new experiences for a casual audience on the web and mobile. You will report directly to the Lead Producer and have a high level of interaction with other leads and team members. This role is open to remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback on the current roadmap, driving aspects of the roadmap related to data, sentiment, analysis, platform, and other factors
- Work with external developers and outsource partners as primary points of contact, working with developers in the creation of project and milestone schedules, submission planning, and overall development plans; provide ongoing management check and balance throughout the full product life cycle.
- Manage project relations and approvals and project collaboration.
- Review and evaluate milestones from external developers and outsource partners.
- Broaden knowledge across diverse areas of game-making, development/art/production/engineering to promote discussion across the team.
- Engage with metrics and respond to insights about our audience and market opportunities to meet our business goals.
- Resolve complex product issues through creativity and partnerships. Identify risks early and often and remove roadblocks.
- Be a product champion by presenting pitches in appropriate ways based on different audiences.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in game development/product management (social, F2P, mobile , web ) with shipped games in casual/mobile.
- 4+ years experience as an Associate Producer in the games industry
- Affinity for the casual gaming audience.
- Partner with and manage external development teams
- Excellent knowledge of production, the difficulties generally encountered by teams, and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Evidence of work in an agile environment, creating an agreement on live service deliverables.
- Readiness to work with a globally distributed development team
- Excellent knowledge of the game industry, trends, competition, platforms, and market.
- Experience working on licensed products
- A passion for creating amazing casual games and experiences that amaze and delight!
