Game Producer II - Teamfight Tactics, Sets

As a Game Producer on Teamfight Tactics (TFT) you will report into and work with Gameplay Initiative leadership to support the team in the delivery of new TFT Set content. You will drive milestones and align the team around timelines and goals to keep them moving. You will be accountable for taking Set development project from early prototypes to a successful launch, which will have you building and maintaining schedules, stakeholder visibility, holding the team accountable, and coordinating cross-discipline and team interactions.
You will manage important partner relationships and planning as the team charts the course and ensure the team is healthy, working at a sustainable pace, and focused on constant improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with Design and other disciplines to drive the end to end development of a TFT set
- Identify areas of misalignment in development and develop risk mitigation plans
- Assess the team's maturity, health, and composition to ensure that the team is set up for success
- Build strong relationships with partner teams across TFT’s international organization and craft working agreements to manage joint projects
- Create and contribute ideas to areas beyond your immediate ownership across different teams and disciplines
- Proactively identify points of risk to your products and work with your team and your peers to solve them
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience; project management or advanced degree
- Experience applying Agile and Lean development process and practices
- Knowledgeable in Jira use, configuration, and limitations
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in game development or a good understanding of how game designers, artists, and engineers build assets and game features for a live-service game
- Experience working with people outside your craft and from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and timezones.
- Experience in managing team priorities, writing user stories, and leading estimation and scope
