Game Master

CCP is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer service oriented individual to apply to our Reykjavík office for the position of Game Master. As a Game Master your primary responsibility will be to communicate with EVE Online players, resolving their issues and inquiries via our support system. You will also be tasked with monitoring the status of the various services that make up the EVE Online universe to ensure their smooth running.

Your tasks

· Investigate and resolve Gameplay and Technical support tickets based on our procedures and to the satisfaction of the players.

· Enforce and uphold rules and policies, such as the Terms of Service and EULA, to ensure a fair and even playing ground.

· Communicate with the Game Development teams, bringing any new or common issues and trends to their attention.

· Other tasks as they come up.

Your profile

· A strong interest in video games.

· A solid operating knowledge of computers.

· Punctuality, a strong work ethic and a mature outlook is a must.

· Excellent written English and good writing skills.

· Good knowledge of our flagship product, EVE Online.

· A recently active EVE account with a combined 2 years of playing time is a strong plus.

· Tech Savvy. Previous work experience working with or repairing computers or good experience tinkering with computers and hardware as a hobby is a big plus.

· Knowledge of Apple computers a plus.

· A resident of Iceland.
