Game Insight Analyst

Summary:

As a Game Insight Analyst you will create real value from data and communicate it to the different stakeholders; working closely with the Product, UX, and Commercial teams. You will be expected to track, interpret and report on new features for use by the development team, whilst being able to deal with some level of ambiguity and work across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with our UX and product team on all ongoing projects

Lead on delivery of data and insights to product team

Create reproducible reports and dashboards that will provide actionable insights about the product and business performance

Work with product to continuously iterate on the questions and KPIs we are measuring across all of our products

Support development and evaluation of products and features, design the product reporting and analyze A/B test results

Support the rest of the business in engaging with data and making data driven decisions

Skills and Experience:

Have strong SQL and ideally python (and/or R) BigQuery + google colab + excel + gsheet + data studio

Have strong numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of diversified information with attention to details and accuracy

Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Always curious and willing to learn

Ideally have worked on GCP

Ideally have worked on feature development for free to play title

Ideally have worked with user acquisition and CRM experience
