Game Economy Designer (World of Tanks Blitz)

The Wargaming mobile development studio MS-1, creators of World of Tanks Blitz, the world-renowned cross-platform shooter game with over 140 million downloads around the globe, is looking for an experienced Game Designer.

World of Tanks Blitz recently celebrated its 7th anniversary, and it continues to break profit records year after year. We want you to become part of this groundbreaking project!

You'll join one of our Team where you'll create features related to monetization, game progression, and competitive gameplay on a daily basis.

What will you do?

• Generate and implement design ideas
• Interact with other designers and engineers
• Propose and describe ideas and features for improving algorithms, parameters and metrics
• Develop a game progression, a system of tasks, their complexity and rewards
• Develop the monetization component of the project
• Track metrics of player engagement, economic indicators
• Describe the settings of tasks for the analysis of data and hypotheses
• Test features on a prototype and suggest changes to parameters

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of Russian - Reading, Writing, Speaking
• Economic, Physical, Mathematical or Technical higher education
• Good knowledge of mathematical statistics
• Knowledge of SQL at an advanced level for data analysis
• Systems mindset
• Strong Excel skills
• Proactivity

What will help you stand out?

• Strong experience in MMO games such WOT, WOWs, WOT Blitz, WOW and etc
• Experience as a game designer
• Experience with Bigquery, Datastudio, Tableau
