Are you an experienced tabletop RPG designer with the demonstrated ability to craft balanced, unique play experiences and write compelling prose?
We are seeking a Game Designer to work with our design team to create Dungeons & Dragons products. In this role, you’ll help build the future of D&D by developing material for upcoming products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can design and write innovative and high-quality RPG material, and hit deadlines, this role is for you. We’re looking for passion and professionalism in equal measure.
What You’ll Do:
- Design substantial portions of D&D products with guidance from project lead.
- Write art orders.
- Help review material for game balance, clarity, and consistency.
- Assist in preparing products for publication.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years experience designing RPG products.
- Bachelor’s degree in the liberal arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong long-form writing and mechanical design skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and proficiency in the fifth edition rules.
- A track record of developing innovative and balanced game mechanics for published RPG products.
- An eye for detail and dedication to excellence.
- Excitement for the future of Dungeons & Dragons.
