Game Designer (World of Tanks Blitz)

The World of Tanks Blitz team is looking for a talented and dedicated Game Designer to work on a project in the Minsk office. We are a team of professionals who are very keen on playing and creating games. We continuously polish our product based on our expertise and statistical data. All World of Tanks Blitz game mechanics and features begin with us.

What will you do?

• Take part in the process of creating new game mechanics and features from the initial idea to its setup and tuning based on analysis results
• Create game tutorials and new game modes
• Change and improve current game controls and feedback mechanics
• Take part in the creation of game events, contests, and tournaments
• Create documents on various World of Tanks Blitz aspects
• Gather information and analyze data on new game mechanics and released features

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years experience as a Game Designer
• Strong skills of working on gameplay concepts
• Ability to present ideas clearly in both oral and written forms
• Experience in visualizing features
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Understanding of World of Tanks Blitz gameplay and mechanics
• World of Tanks Blitz gaming experience (500+ battles)
• Rich experience in playing mobile shooters

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in working as a Game Designer in mobile shooters
• Good mathematics skills
• Understanding of iOS and Android app markets
• Rich experience in playing World of Tanks
