As a Game Designer at Wicked Realm Games you will join a team of experienced developers to create and grow world-class free-to-play mobile games and work with globally cherished licenses. We are a part of the Tilting Point family; we combine data, technology, talent and groundbreaking marketing to scale games to success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for critical thinking and analysis, outstanding communication skills, varied development experiences and a passion for developing successful mobile games. This role will directly contribute to Tilting Point’s mission of becoming the top game developer, publisher and partner of choice for funding, marketing and co-development.
What You’ll Do
- Share in the responsibilities of running a live mobile free-to-play game based on a beloved media franchise.
- Utilize industry best practices to create and balance game content, offers and live events.
- Work in a collaborative design team using evidence based design practices.
- Design and balance gameplay systems and quality of life improvements.
- Research, curate and implement authentic audio, visuals and content from source material.
- Implement and test game content using Unity, Perforce, markup languages and web tools.
- Optimize development and live operations by contributing content creation tools and processes.
- Analyze game and market data to make goal-oriented game design decisions

- Strong communication skills : Convey ideas effectively verbally, visually and written.
- Toolbox: Experience with spreadsheets, systems documentation, and research practices.
- Bonus: Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Scripting/Coding experience. Experience using YML, JSON, XML or similar markup languages. Ability to mock up UI/UX.
