Summary
As a mobile game designer, you will be responsible for designing and tuning the functions, systems and content of the game, providing a clear executable solution, including logic, presentation, interaction and guidance content, to ensure that players can understand the game design intent more easily and integrate into it.
作为手机游戏策划，你将会负责设计和调优游戏中功能、系统和内容，提供清晰的可执行方案包含逻辑、呈现、交互和引导内容，确保用户可以更加容易的了解游戏设计意图并融入其中。

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design the function, system and content of the game;
2. Responsible for providing game interaction scheme, including interface display, interactive feedback, etc., to ensure that the function is easy to learn and easy to use;
3. Be responsible for setting continuous content updates and refining specific production content according to the overall goal of the game;
4. Responsible for optimizing the user experience and continuously optimizing the short-term, medium-term and long-term retention of users;

2. 负责提供游戏交互方案，包含界面展现、交互反馈等，确保功能易学易用性优化；
3. 负责设定持续的内容更新，按照游戏整体目标细化出具体的制作内容；
4. 负责优化用户体验，持续优化用户短期、中期、长期留存；

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile game planning, at least one online game R & D experience;
• Understand the mainstream game system framework and design details, and be able to complete the system design according to the design intent;
• Be sensitive to game interaction, be able to put forward positive and helpful optimization schemes, and actively promote the realization of optimization objectives;
• Have operation experience in user pre retention optimization, and have led FTUE optimization experience at least 2 times;
• Good communication skills (oral and written) and assistance;
• Good problem-solving ability, innovative consciousness and anti-pressure;
• 丰富的手机游戏策划经验，有至少一款上线游戏研发经验；
• 了解主流游戏系统框架与设计细节，能够根据设计意图完成系统设计；
• 对游戏交互敏感，能够提出积极并且有帮助的优化方案，并积极推动优化目标的实现；
• 对用户前期留存优化有操作经验，至少2次主导过FTUE优化经验；
• 具有良好的沟通表达（口头和书面）和协助能力;
• 具有良好的问题解决能力、创新意识和抗压力;
