You'll be supported by a Lead Game Designer, Associate Producer, and primarily collaborate with fellow Game Designers, and a cross-disciplined Task Force (design, code, animation & art) all focused on the player experience.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö Sweden and requires working onsite. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and message to the hiring manager in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the job ad is posted.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and communicating game mechanics through documentation and presentation;
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to guide mechanics from start to finish;
- Contributing to the development of both combat and non-combat experiences;
- Setting up, implementing, and continually iterating on game mechanics, using tools you’ll be responsible for helping shape;
- Sharing your knowledge with the team and peer-reviewing;
- Playtesting, analyzing, and iterating on systems and features relating to the player.
Qualifications
You're passionate about games, game-dev, and the craft of game design. You're proactive and offer creative solutions in the pursuit of your goals. You're comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to achieve the highest quality possible. Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
