Game Champion Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fast learner and proactive professional to join the Asphalt 9 Legends core development team at our Barcelona studio.

As A9 Game Champion Intern you’ll have to help building a bridge across diverse departments: Game Production, Customer Care, Community management, Marketing and even Anti-Hacking. Hence team work and interpersonal skills are required to navigate smoothly in the existing structure.

Your role will be key to centralize the communications with our worldwide customer care agents while embedded inside the Game development team. You will be in charge with consolidating efficient communication flows with our Customer Care department with the ultimate goal of ensuring the game’s quality of services is flawless.

You will give support in all aspects of the live product and help us build the best mobile racing community in the world.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support in the Game Customer Care coordination: communicate daily with the customer care agents around the world to help them support our players. Understand and help us set game policies like player compensations, refunds, complain resolutions and anti-hacking policies. You will be directly involved in the process of design, validation and implementation of the strategy to follow with the game stakeholders.
• Quality of Service Agent: One of your focuses will be on investigating player reports on game stability, player quality of life and fair competition. This will also include a direct involvement in the action of the game’s policies.
• Community Management Support: stay in touch with the community through all official channels (Forums, SNS & Discord channel) to help identify game issues and figure out effective solutions.
• Investigation and follow up: take active part in the R&D and implementation of processes and workflows that are designed to maintain the highest standards of quality in our live player services.
• Dynamic bridge between teams: you will be expected to proactively assist teams or own specific initiatives dedicated to gather player feedback, guarantee the fair play of the game, or engage our most veteran players.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a School/University
• You are passionate about games. Interest in car racing games would be a plus.
• Team player: you help gluing the different departments for the greater good of players, Asphalt game and the team as a whole. Great communicator connecting smoothly the different stakeholders.
• Experience with working with data tracking is a plus. The ideal candidate is not only not afraid of long spreadsheets, but thrives in multitasking and cross-referencing scenarios.
• You are great at listening to our community and wield fantastic communication skills.
• You are a fast learner motivated to acquire multidisciplinary skills.
• Past experience in Customer Care, Community Management, Customer Relationship Management and/or Game Live Ops are a plus.
• Fluent English is a must.
