Game Artist (Permanent/Full time/Remote or Freelance Contract)

What will be your main challenges?

• Create beautiful mobile games assets in both 3D and 2D
• Ability to analyze mobile games mechanics
• Work on all graphical aspects of the game for an intuitive experience (HUD, mockups, icons, color theory, animations, …)
• Be able to bring new game ideas and coherent features
• Don’t let your artistic sense taking over gameplay

What do we expect?

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as game artist
• You have designed a few or many games as part of your experience
• You have experience work on mobile games
• You have experience with Maya, Blender or any 3D software
• 2D software is your personal preference as long as quality assets are created
• Basic knowledge of Unity Engine is appreciated
• Technical knowledge of Unity Engine and actually making games with it gives you good bonus points
• You are passionate about making games overall
• You have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

You will be part of a small team looking to create new experiences for everyone, men and women from 7 to 77 years old. Along with the creators of big Voodoo hits such as Crowd.io, you will be part of the next successful game! Our studio is located in Montpellier (FRANCE), but we are open to remote options. Gathering from time to time with peers is nonetheless appreciated.
