ARVORE is looking to hire a technically adept, creative individual to complement our team. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative immersive and narrative-driven XR experiences, iterating and prototyping with a high level of creative freedom and with the opportunity to guide the direction of some of these endeavors.

JOB DESCRIPTION
WORKING SCHED Full Time (remote with flexible in-person schedule)
The role requires a self-starter who is able to work autonomously, driving projects and tasks within the Talent & Communities team, collaborating closely with hiring, as well as cross-functionally with other areas of the company. You will master talent acquisition processes and effectively support our decision-making and long-term talent strategy to build high-performance teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-cycle recruiting for creative and technical roles within the gaming industry, including 2D, 3D, Visual Design, Tech Art, Generalists, VFX, Sound Design, Animation, and Art Direction. Additionally, responsible for operational roles to support the art team, such as Outsourcing Managers and Art Producers.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with the artistic and gaming communities to attract top talent and maintain a strong talent pool.
- Source, communicate with candidates, conduct recruiter screen interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to set up the interview process for the team.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to debriefing candidates and extending offers.
- Contribute to staffing and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals and organizational growth.
- Organize and represent the company at industry events, building a strong presence within the gaming and creative talent communities.
REPORTING:
- Directly to the Talent & Communities Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in recruiting within the gaming industry, with a focus on creative and technical roles (e.g., artists, designers, developers);
- Deep knowledge of gaming communities, industry forums, and platforms where talent actively engages;
- Fluent English (essential for communication with international candidates and cross-functional teams);
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong connections with candidates and internal stakeholders;
- A passion for gaming, paired with a solid understanding of the industry's trends and dynamics;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively;
- Prior experience as a game artist or designer is a valuable plus, but not a requirement.
