Game Analytics Manager
Ubisoft Toronto is looking for a talented, passionate, and growth-oriented Game Analytics Manager to shape our studio’s data strategy and to lead a team of amazing Game Intelligence Analysts, BI Developers, a Data Scientist, and Team Lead.

In this role you will drive vision, strategy, and use metrics to push for iteration and improvements across our titles both in pre- and post-launch. You will use data to build insight and leverage its power to guide our Productions and Business. The mission of the Game Analytics Manager is to support our titles, our studio, and our Analytics team to create impactful and memorable games all while fostering a practice of learning and culture of consistent growth and development.

The Game Analytics Manager reporting to the Associate Director of User Research will also work cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive approach to how we learn while we develop our games. They will also collaborate with other members of the User Research and Analytics community across Ubisoft’s studios.
