Role Overview:
To Assist with the coordination of communications for GFQA and the wider business
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the general point of contact for all GFQA communications, specialising in Japanese communications
- Provide translation and interpretation of incoming/outgoing communications as well as partner-facing messaging
- Organise and prioritise, both inward and outbound, communications
- Proactively participate in any relevant DevNet discussions
- Perform any required DevNet processes and tasks
- Provide business support via PlayStation™Partners Help Centre
- Maintain clear and concise communications both written and verbally
- Ensure the correct people are assigned to any incoming communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that information provided is accurate and relevant
- Identify, develop, produce and disseminate communications both internally and externally through various channels
- Ensure all relevant GFQA procedures are followed
- Answer any questions either directly or indirectly with full understanding of both the question and answer
- Provide accurate progress updates to direct line manager, when requested
- Assist direct line manager in the investigation of any disciplinary issues that may require escalation
- Ensure company property is correctly treated and report any misuse to direct line manager
- Comply with department security policy at all times and be alert to any security issues that may occur and ensure that all staff follow suit
- Complete allocated work within given timeframes
- Keep up to date with all PlayStation™ products and services
- Provide on-going support to all of GFQA
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest possible improvements
- Be an advocate for change and continuous improvement
- Global travel may be required (when safe to do so)
What we're looking for:
- Languages – fluency in written and spoken Japanese and English is essential
- Excellent attention to detail, maintaining diligence and focus for extended periods
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and approach to work
- The ability to respond positively to difficult changes and challenges in an open and positive manner
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to handle many tasks and interests at a time
