Full Stack Team Leader

Moon Active is looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join our growing and emerging R&D team that focuses on unique business applications that directly affects our game studios and end-users.

We are developing the most innovative content creation and management platform which is the core of all of our marketing pipelines, the platform supports all marketing studios and helps them perform at scale in the most efficient way possible using cutting edge technologies.

As a Full Stack Team Leader, you’ll build and lead a team that makes a huge impact on Moon Active’s growth. You’ll also hire and mentor top-notch Full Stack Engineers, and manage the entire production cycle of your domain.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and other Tech Leads;
• Build and lead by example a team of Full Stack Engineers;
• Own the deliverables end-to-end, up-time, architecture and scale;
• Manage the entire production lifecycle of your domain;
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies;
• Implement best practices with attention to quality;
• Take a major part in our strategic growth as the R&D team - technology, process and professionally.

Requirements

• Experience as a Full Stack Team Leader with proven management experience (2+ years);
• Experience as a Software Engineer (4+ years);
• Proven experience with Node.js development;
• Proven experience in frameworks such as React, Vue.js or equivalent SPA framework;
• Self-learner, strong can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in English and Polish languages.

Advantages:
