What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fulfillment Manager to join our growing team. You are a strong collaborator and leader, who is an experienced problem solver in the fulfillment and logistics space. You are extremely customer focused, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. You’ll be working with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the best prize fulfillment experience for Skillz players.
What You Will Do :
- Create a positive team dynamic that ensures all employees are set up for success and can adapt to the rapidly changing business, while staying focused on the player experience and company KPIs.
- Regularly report on department performance through various KPIs and metrics, analyze metric data and trends to drive meaningful improvements, create new KPIs to improve reporting across the team as a whole
- Execute RFPs, purchase requests, and CBAs to ensure new vendors are the right choice and build and foster a strong partnership with new external teams
- Be a strong cross-functional leader and communicator working with internal teams like Product and Engineering for product improvements, Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis for updated budget reporting and P&L, and other teams for ad hoc requests and projects
- Represent Fulfillment in rollout of a new Magento backend solution for prize fulfillment, communicate feedback and improvements, creating new documentation and processes to support a changing system
- Work closely with our VIP team to grow our physical prize outreach projects and programmatic initiatives to ensure we are offering the best experience for our most valuable players and all players system-wide
- Be a creative leader, working with our Design and Player Comms teams to create new and exciting packaging for new programs, designs for new products, etc.
- Grow the team through hiring the best talent, ensure hiring material is up to date, and onboard and retain top talent
Your Skillz:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, merchandising, or e-commerce
- 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
- 3+ years of people leadership and management experience
- Experience working cross functionally internally and managing external vendors
- Experience with order management systems (Magento, Shopify, etc.)
- Adept and eager for a fast paced, changing work environment
